- Any products we, at our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or in violation of our values and community standards.
We reserve the right to remove any product listings that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
4. Account Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Fraudulent Activities: Any accounts suspected of fraud, spam, or malicious activity will be immediately removed without notice.
5. Marketplace Transactions
- Al Shams Bazaar acts as a platform connecting sellers and buyers. We do not take responsibility for the quality, legality, or safety of products sold.
- Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate payment and shipping information.
6. Fees and Payments
- Al Shams Bazaar charges a 6.5% commission per sale, with 0.5% donated to HEAL Palestine.
- There are no listing or membership fees.
7. Intellectual Property
- Sellers must own or have the legal right to sell the products and use any associated intellectual property (e.g., designs, images, branding).
- By listing items on Al Shams Bazaar, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
8. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the platform.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Between Buyers and Sellers: Al Shams Bazaar does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. We encourage both parties to resolve disputes amicably.
- Violation of Terms: Any disputes related to violations of these Terms of Use may result in account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Al Shams Bazaar is not liable for:
- Any damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Losses resulting from fraudulent or illegal activities conducted by users.
- Our platform is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees about its availability or functionality.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Fraud, spam, or malicious activities.
- Violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
