Hello! I’m Tarrine (they/she), a Queer, neurodivergent Bengali Muslim artist based in London. I work across photography, visual art, and art direction, with a strong focus on themes of identity, intersectionality, and community.
I create one-of-a-kind cyanotype prints using leaves and flowers that I handpick, each chosen intuitively for its shape, texture, or the way it speaks to me in the moment. These prints are a quiet, personal way for me to connect with nature and language, combining botanical forms with words that reflect my lived experience and the labels I claim with pride.
Alongside this, I make contemporary-style stickers and prints, often led by emotion and subconscious impulse. These pieces are colourful, raw expressions of what I’m feeling in the moment, a mix of chaos and clarity, protest and play.
My work centres the voices of women, Queer folks, and marginalised communities, while celebrating autonomy, resistance, softness, and strength
